Here we have collected answers to possible questions that may help you.
There are two answers to this question, depending on whether you buy a separate video or a site subscription. 1. If you are buying a separate video, you get lifetime access to that video only. 2. If you are buying a site subscription, you get access to ALL the videos on the website, but only as long as you stay subscribed.
No, once you are subscribed, your subscription will automatically keep renewing every month, unless you choose to cancel it.
Make sure you have a paid subscription to Sketching Academy and you are logged in. To do so, simply click on the orange button that says "Add Media". If you do it for the first time, you will be asked whether you agree to make your profile public. You have to accept it to be able to post. Then, in the menu that will open, simply choose the image you want on your computer and click to open it. You are all set!
Also, your Gallery can be seen and managed through your Profile. To do that, click on your name in the top right corner, and then on "My account". Then, click on "Gallery". The gallery will prompt you to download your first image. Once you did so, you can remove it if you want. Just click on the three dots on top right of the image and choose "Delete" in the menu. I hope you enjoy your Shared Gallery experience!
Once you are subscribed, you will receive an email with a personal discount code that you will be able to use both on this site and on WatercolorOnline.com, as long as you stay subscribed.

We are planning to organize online workshops on sketching once every two month, for a limited number of participants. We will let you know about the upcoming workshops in advance via our newsletter.
We are very sorry to see you go! But here is how to do it: 1. Click on your name on the top right of the webpage. 2. Click on "My subscriptions". 3. Now click on the subscription you would like to cancel. 4. Press on "Cancel subsription". 5. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation, and your subsciption will expire in the end of your monthly billing cycle.
